Our Freight Audits program is designed for volume shippers of UPS or Fedex. We offer a turnkey solution that will track your packages and process and recover your refunds without direct contact or interference to your client base. As an added benefit, you will receive weekly detailed reports on your shipments at no additional charge. For an additional fee, we can also provide customized reports. These reports are great traffic management tools that can be used when you are reviewing/renegotiating your service contracts with your small parcel carriers.

Service and Billing Audits.
Many auditors that provide small parcel auditing services only perform service audits, not billing audits. They do not audit for duplicates, invalid residential deliveries and other accessorial errors. With Freight Revenue Recovery, you can be assured of "complete" freight audits of your records. General ledger coding is also available.
